What we collect

When you submit an RFQ, contact form, or any enquiry on rpsalespipes.com, we collect: your name, company / firm name, mobile phone, email (optional), delivery city and PIN code, GSTIN (when supplied), and the procurement specification you provide — product type, grade, OD / wall thickness, length, quantity, urgency, and any attachments (drawings, BoQs, spec sheets). We also collect basic analytics: pages visited, referrer, device class, and approximate location at city-level granularity.

Why we collect it

To quote, dispatch, and follow up on your purchase order. RP Sales does not sell this data, does not share it with third-party marketing partners, and does not use it for any purpose beyond fulfilling your enquiry and any subsequent commercial transaction. Analytics are used solely to maintain and improve this website.

Who we share it with

Only with parties required to fulfil your order: our logistics partner for dispatch; the IBR-approved third-party inspection agency if your job requires TPI; the GST tax filing portal as required by Indian law; and our chartered accountant for statutory bookkeeping. Never with anyone else without your explicit consent.

How long we keep it

RFQ submissions: 24 months from last contact, then deleted. Purchase / dispatch records: 8 years, as required by the Income Tax Act and the GST archive obligation. Analytics: rolling 14-month window.

Cookies and analytics

We use first-party cookies for session continuity and basic page analytics (Google Analytics 4 with anonymised IP, PostHog for product analytics, and Microsoft Clarity for session replay aggregated to event-level patterns). We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser without losing functionality.

RP Sales complies with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and the right to withdraw consent previously given. Data security

The website is served over HTTPS with HSTS. RFQ attachments are stored on a server with limited access controlled by named staff. Internal records are kept on systems with role-based access. No data has been knowingly disclosed to unauthorised parties.
